1. Eligibility & Registration

To use ClassVibe, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 may only use the platform with verified parental consent.
• Be a current or former student at an accredited school, high school, or university.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Have one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you have the right to use the phone number and email address provided.

2. Platform Usage Rules

ClassVibe is designed to be a positive, educational social environment. When using the platform, you agree to:

• Use ClassVibe only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Treat all other users with respect and dignity.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Report content or users that violate these Terms using the in-app reporting tools.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform.
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you post, publish, or share on ClassVibe, including posts, comments, images, and profile information.
• Ensuring that content you share does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Any consequences arising from your use of the platform, including any harm caused to other users.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notifying us at support@classvibe.com of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring any device used to access ClassVibe meets minimum security requirements (up-to-date OS, screen lock enabled).

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on ClassVibe and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

Harmful & Illegal Content

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or hate groups.
• Illegal activity including fraud, theft, drug dealing, or human trafficking.

Harassment & Abuse

• Bullying, harassment, stalking, or intimidating other users.
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Posting private information about others (doxxing) without their consent.
• Sending unsolicited, repetitive, or threatening messages.

Spam & Misinformation

• Spamming other users with repetitive or irrelevant content.
• Deliberately spreading false information or misleading content.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other individuals, schools, or organizations.
• Using the platform for unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation.

Platform Integrity

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt ClassVibe's systems or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools to create accounts, post content, or manipulate engagement metrics.
• Selling or purchasing accounts, followers, likes, or any form of artificial engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ClassVibe — including but not limited to the app design, logo, code, graphics, features, and branding ("ClassVibe IP") — are owned by ClassVibe and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ClassVibe app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of ClassVibe IP.
• Use the ClassVibe name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks on the platform.

6. Your Content & Licenses

You retain full ownership of all content you create and post on ClassVibe. By posting content, you grant ClassVibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account. We will not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

ClassVibe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms — any breach of the rules set out in these Terms, especially regarding prohibited content.
• Fraudulent activity — providing false registration information or engaging in deceptive practices.
• Repeated reports — receiving multiple confirmed reports from other users for policy violations.
• Legal requirements — if required to comply with a legal obligation or court order.
• Safety concerns — if we believe your activity poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning or temporarily restrict account features before proceeding to suspension.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting support@classvibe.com with the subject line "Account Appeal". We will review your case within 7 business days.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ClassVibe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassVibe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, content, or business opportunities.
• Conduct of other users or third-party content posted on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ClassVibe shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $0 if the service was provided free of charge).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClassVibe, its founders, team members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to ClassVibe.
• Any content you post or transmit through the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ClassVibe shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the relevant competent courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ClassVibe after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using ClassVibe and may delete your account.
